1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by DXB Mover, including residential moving, office relocation, packing, storage, and transportation across the UAE.
By booking a service or visiting our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Service Scope
Our services include house moving, office moving, packing and unpacking, furniture assembly, local and inter-emirate transport, and related activities as described on our website.
Each move is handled based on the details provided by the customer during the booking process.
Any additional requests, such as heavy item handling, last-minute changes, or extra manpower, may involve additional charges.
3. Quotations and Payments
All price quotations are based on the information provided by the customer (location, volume, floor access, etc.).
The final price may vary if there are changes in the service scope or additional requirements.
Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Full payment is generally required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure all items are ready for packing or moving at the scheduled time.
Any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items must be disclosed before packing to ensure proper handling.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any building permissions or elevator bookings where required.
DXB Mover is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, parking issues, or incomplete preparation by the customer.
5. Liability and Damages
While we take maximum care in handling your belongings, DXB Mover cannot be held liable for damage to items not properly packed, pre-existing damage, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or accidents).
Customers are encouraged to verify all items upon delivery. Claims for damages must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations may result in a fee to cover operational costs.
Customers may reschedule their move subject to crew and vehicle availability.
7. Insurance
Basic handling care is included in all moves.
Additional insurance for high-value items is available upon request and must be arranged before the move date.
8. Storage Services
Storage is available on a short- or long-term basis in secure, climate-controlled facilities.
Items stored with DXB Mover remain the customer’s property, and storage fees must be paid regularly to maintain access.
Unpaid storage beyond the agreed period may result in termination of storage rights according to UAE law.
9. Website Use
The content and materials on dxbmover.com are owned or licensed by DXB Mover.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
We are not responsible for errors, outdated content, or technical interruptions on the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
DXB Mover and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
